Our Delivery Process

1. Schedule Delivery

Choose your delivery date during checkout. We deliver 2 days before your event.

2. Receive & Enjoy

Your dress arrives in premium packaging. Try it on immediately for perfect fit.

Return Process

Returning your dress is simple and free:

  1. Place the dress back in the original packaging
  2. Use the prepaid return bag included with your order
  3. Schedule a pickup or drop at nearest courier center
  4. Dress must be returned next day after your event
  5. We handle dry cleaning - no need to clean before return

Note: Late returns incur a penalty of ₹200 per day.
